We would like to thank you for your presence, your enthusiasm, your sportsWOMANship, your good humor and many happy faces. We had a fantastic time together with all of you, which passed by way too fast. Ladies, thank you for everything, we enjoyed every moment. You girls were fantastic!

But we feel for the ladies who got hurt at the tournament. We wish each one of them a fast and painless recovery.

Last, but not least, as you already know, the NETZO team announced that they will host the next tournament in Amsterdam. We are already looking forward to it.

Dear Ladies,

We are very excited to welcome you all in Riga for the first time in Eulevoto history.

We are looking forward to seeing you in our hometown and spend a great time together!

Just a bit more than a week and we can finally catch up again.

We would like to give out some important information:

Sport hall – an important rule

It’s required to change outdoor shoes to inside shoes to enter the Sports Hall (a necessity)

Don’t forget to bring an extra pair of shoes and don’t go outside with your indoor shoes!

About water bottles and dishes

If you want to bring your own water bottle do so, but it’s not an obligation, there is no need to bring dishes as well 😊

About volleyballs

Please bring at least 2 of your own volleyballs for each team.

We will provide volleyballs, but there might not be enough for everyone.

Missing players

A few teams were informing us that they have injured teammates. We are hoping that some of you are willing to help out the other teams. Please let us know if you are interested in playing an extra game to help out the other teams.

Buses to the sport hall

The transfer buses from Tallinas iela 10-3, Centra rajons, Rīga, LV-1001 “Tu jau zini kur” to the Salaspils Sports Hall will be waiting for you at 9:00 am on 08.04.2023 and on 09.04.2023 and will leave from the Salaspils Sports Hall at 6:00 pm both tournament days. Please don’t be late!J

Dear Teammates,

Happy Womens’s Day!

First of all, we would like to thank you for your response and high interest in participating in the Eulevoto 2023 Easter volleyball tournament. Registration for the tournament is now closed with 19 teams registered to participate.

We are very excited to greet you all and host the Eulevoto in Riga for the first time! More details on the registration evening, party, brunch, agenda and locations can be found below.

There will be dedicated, free bus transfer from Riga to the Sports Hall for all the participants and supporters on both tournament days. We are also on a lookout for the next Eulevoto host, so please let us know if you are interested in organizing this beautiful event!

Ladies, we cannot wait to see you all and spend a great time together competing on the volleyball court and dancing till the morning light!

We inform you that we will post detailed information about the tournament in Eulevoto homepage, also on FB at the end of registration. Taking into account that registration, party and brunch will be held Riga, therefore we recommend you to choose accommodation in the center of Riga.

The Sport Hall is located in a small town, not far from Riga, but in our opinion there are much more to do and see in Riga.

The Latvian team are counting the days until Easter and we are impatiently waiting for you to spend a great time together, enjoy positive vibes, good company and compete on the volleyball court!

Dear ladies,

We heard several nice echos about you all spending an amazing tournament in Berlin: fun, good vibes and positive energy. How nice to hear !

It is sad that we couldn’t join you and make publicity for our own tournament. We are proud to announce you that the long waited “Easter Eulevoto tournament” will take place between 7 and 10 april 2023 in our beautiful home town – RIGA.

The whole Latvian team is looking forward to meet you all again and spend some unforgettable moments together.

The Eulevoto 2023 tournament will be organised in a modern sport hall.The sport hall offers space outside and inside for relaxation after each match.The games can be viewed in the special supporter area. Please bring your partners and supporters. The more, the merrier!

Unfortunately we must limit the number of teams to maximum 21.

It would be very helpful if you could respond to this letter and inform us whether your team or teammates are interested flying over for our tournament (by email: eulevoto2021(at)gmail.com)

This information could help us in our further calculations:you all know that energy costs might get more expensive and we are obligated to count in unexpected costs.

We would like to inform you that the registration will be open from 05/11/22 and that we offer an early-bird registration till 31/12/2022 at midnight. Teams that register before the due date could get a cheaper participation fee. From 31/12/22 to 28/02/2023 the participation fee will cost more.

Here you will find the official registration form (excel-file).

The registration price includes a meet and greet on Friday evening, two full days of sports and fun, lots of snacks and food during the tournament and the entrance to our fabulous closing party on Sunday evening.

For those who would be interested, a dinner can be ordered for an additional amount.

More details will be given later.

On Monday morning, like usually, a brunch will be held. Traditional Latvian and international dishes will be offered for the price of 20 euros.

We also have the possibility to help out teams with our outreach support (specially created for Eastern European teams). Teams who are in special need of support can contact us by e-mail.

There are a lot of options in Riga to spend a night for a smaller amount of money and we will be happy to help you find them.

Also, the already known “hosted housing” is an option for you to find an appropriate accommodation for your stay. Please be aware that the number of “hosted housings” are limited.

We will do our best to make the Eulevoto 2023 tournament as pleasant and enjoyable as possible! See you there!
